improves the outdoor game

Researchers from Cambridge University have justified the assertion that any additional hours that children spend in nature, reduces the chance that they suffer from myopia by 2%.
Only 10% of today's children play outside, versus 70% who play once, but the game is clean air and therapy helps children have a stronger view.
In the study participated 10 thousand children and teenagers. Researchers have published reasoned conclusion about the exposure of children to nature. These children, who spend several hours outdoors with greenery and fresh air, have a stronger view.
This may be because the eyes are shown to natural light and spend time looking for objects in the distance. Therefore parents should spend time with their children in nature, they grow healthy.
